For this new edition of Tranoï Femme in the Carrousel du Louvre, DITA will present its latest collection incorporating a fascinating photographic approach. The DITA X Tranoï Photo Booth will exhale all the spontaneous and relaxed Californian attitude by experiencing one of its founders’ core passions: the capture of the image. Surrounded by a warm and cosy wooden atmosphere, guests will share a moment of lightness with the ultimate testimony of DITA craftsmanship and innovation. Intensity and charm define the process that will lead you to embrace this high-end creativity.
John Juniper and Jeff Solorio are lifelong friends whose shared passion for photography, filmmaking and design sparked their realization that eyewear is the most prominent and memorable of all fashion accessories. Eyewear connoisseurs unsatisfied with the fare on offer, they founded DITA in Los Angeles in 1995. Their mission: to create innovative, finely crafted eyewear with a totally unique look and feel.
DITA provides a reprieve from a computerized world where beauty, grace and craftsmanship are increasingly considered antiquated concepts. Edgy yet elegant with an East meets West aesthetic and design influences ranging from Hollywood’s glamorous Golden Age to the mechanized beauty of the Industrial Revolution, DITA’s ability to enhance and transform a wearer’s persona has earned the brand a cult-like following amongst the world’s most influential celebrities, stylists and trendsetters.
Find the DITA x Tranoï Photo Booth each day (9am - 7pm, Monday until 6pm) at the entrance of Carrousel du Louvre.
