TRANOÏ TOKYO Celebrates
0fr.’s 30th Anniversary -PART①-
BOOK LAUNCH: 0fr. 1996–2026 All Year Festival Non Stop (Make Me Smile)
This exhibition serves as Part 1 of TRANOÏ TOKYO’s anniversary project celebrating the 30th
anniversary of 0fr. While reflecting on the bookstore’s rich history, the presentation also highlights
the contemporary creativity and intellectual spirit that continue to define 0fr. today.
At the venue, a curated selection of publications will be presented alongside original merchandise,
with both on display and available for purchase.
Clémence Cahu, founder of CAHU and an art director working across the worlds of magazines and advertising, will be present in Tokyo to unveil the editorial installation “What’s in the Bag?”
Curated through her own perspective, the installation features a selection of items from exhibiting brands imagined as the contents of a CAHU bag. Through a series of editorial-style scenes inspired by different moments and situations, the project explores how a bag can become more than a simple accessory.
Rather than presenting CAHU bags as mere products, the installation highlights them as objects that reflect the lifestyle, personality, and values of the people who carry them.

The collaboration continued with a TRANOÏ TOKYO × 0fr. pop-up at International
Gallery BEAMS WOMENS, which drew a wide audience — marking a successful
extension from B to B to B to C.

Guest French Designers
GAUCHERE
JEANNE FRIOT
At TRANOÏ TOKYO, we celebrated the richness of French creativity by welcoming GAUCHERE and JEANNE FRIOT as special guest brands. GAUCHERE is known for its refined, minimalist tailoring and a modern vision of feminine elegance, while JEANNE FRIOT is an emerging label recognized for its experimental approach and strong commitment to sustainability. Presenting their Fall/Winter 2025 collections, both brands joined TRANOÏ TOKYO for the first time and showcased their creations in specially designed exhibition spaces.
To mark the launch of TRANOÏ TOKYO, we collaborated with Marilyn Fitoussi, globally renowned for her styling work on Netflix’s hit series Emily in Paris.
She created the exhibition’s signature visual identity, bringing her distinctive, iconic and bold styling to life.
The exhibition also showcased, exclusively for industry professionals, a selection of original “must-have” looks inspired by seasonal trends.
A hat brand founded in 2019 by Nobuki Hizume, based in Paris. It is distinguished by unique pieces that merge traditional French craftsmanship with his own identity and vision. For its debut exhibition in Japan, the brand chose TRANOÏ TOKYO and participated as the first guest of honor.
