Vincent Lyleire / Worldwide

Vincent is an expert in commercial and international development in the fashion industry. With a Master’s degree in Fashion Design, obtained in 2013, he has built his expertise at the crossroads of creativity, business, and brand development, with the belief that a strong understanding of garments and their history is essential to understanding and supporting fashion. After gaining experience with fashion houses, designers, and industry professionals, he now works as an independent consultant. He supports brands and fashion businesses in their commercial development, wholesale strategy, and international expansion. Currently Head of Buyer Management & International Promotion at TRANOÏ, he draws on a strong network of French and international buyers to create partnerships and business opportunities worldwide.

Her approach combines strong communication, market insight, and a commitment to creating value for both brands and clients.

Elaine Mensah is the Founder & CEO of Showroom Etc., a strategy-led company helping fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands grow through wholesale, retail partnerships, and global market expansion. As Tranoï's U.S. Buyer Representative, she works closely with retailers across North America to connect them with the brands, designers, and opportunities that best align with their business. With a passion for building meaningful industry relationships, Elaine's goal is to make every buyer's Tranoï experience intentional, valuable, and commercially rewarding, creating connections that lead to long-term partnerships for both buyers and brands.
